Implantation period

I promised myself I wouldn’t come on here as I think I know the answer to this question anyway.

Long story short I have a 25 day cycle. I got a positive OPK on day 14, my period was due on Saturday. I had a few red tinges when I wiped and a bit of blood in the evening, today I have brown discharge. No blood no period.
I did a pregnancy test on Friday it was negitive I was 10DPO.
My question is, this couldn’t be implantation bleeding can it? There was actual blood not just a bit of a tinge enough to make my think my period was coming? My pads are clear it’s only when I wipe.

I FOrgot to say I had the lettz treatment on my cervix after I had my daughter, and was told I may have issues when having another

What dpo were you when you had the bleeding? Do you mean today at 12dpo? It’s later than expected, but if you got a positive OPK on day 14 you may not have ovulated till day 15 or even 16 so you’d be more like 10-11 dpo which could be implantation.

A negative at 10dpo doesn’t mean you’re not pregnant. Good luck!

Thank you for replying. I had my last period on the 17th October, a positive OPK on the 30th, which is CD 14. I then took a pregnancy test on Friday 10DPO my spotting started yesterday 11dpo, but it started as a light pink colour then was red and now brown. It hasn’t been consistent only occasionally when I wipe and nothing on the pad. My period was due yesterday.

I think that could be implantion and I think you’re probably a day or so behind on your dpo so you’d be cd11 today which would fit.

I know it’s frustrating but only way to know is to wait test again if your period doesn’t show up!

Really, but it was blood. Is implantation usually blood it was only once and not a lot? Was like a quick period in three wipes if that makes sense first was pink then red then brown....

Just test again tomorrow or the day after and you’ll know if you’re pregnant. Re implantation - only some ladies get it. Presumably it wouldn’t be much as the embryo needs to implant into something and a normal period gets rid of the lining.

@jojo thank you, I do think it was a bit much red to be implantation but my irrational mind says otherwise. If it wasn’t implantation then I’ve now missed my period all together I bet which is a bloody pain in the bum!

also I believe I got implantation bleeding with my daughter, I was like oh my periods coming..... but it didn’t. It was over two years ago and I don’t remember it being this much. Also it’s all stopped now

Mine was exactly a week before my period was due and was a day of brown blood mixed with discharge. But I think it comes in all different forms and times.

If I were you I’d wait a couple more days then test. It’s very frustrating not knowing! Good luck
