New to tracking: when does period end?

Hi, sorry if this is a daft question.

My period has a slow day 1, heavy day 2/3, slows down for day 4 and 5.

I then have a small amount of blood for day 6,7,8. It's enough that when I pee it's still bloody and when I wipe there's still a tissue full of fresh blood (not old).

Does my period technically end day 5, the last day of a good amount of bleeding or on day 8, after there's no more blood at all?

Sorry if this is stupid I tried googling but obviously didn't come up with much.

No more blood. Not that it really matters with tracking... the important things are when af starts and when you ovulate, which tends to be about two weeks before the start of af. It doesn’t really matter how many days after af that is, just how many days before the start of the next af.
