What were some of the earliest indicators that you were pregnant, prior to a positive pregnancy test?

The only reliable ones are:

Implantation bleeding
Triphasic temperature pattern
Positive pregnancy test

The rest is wishful thinking or caused by progesterone (part of all ovulatory cycles)
