I've felt AF coming the last few days but have just taken this test (one day late). Help! I've only ever used digital - is this a BFP?!?!

Thank you. Don't feel it so I'm still feeling uncertain as to whether to believe it or not...!! There's a definite second line though so I can't deny forever...
