Period pains

Can't find a section for female health.

Anyway, what are your top tips for extreme period pain?

Long hot bath

Hot water bottle

Orange Juice (yes weird but I’ve found if I drink 200ml OJ every day about a week before and during period pain is less!)

Thanks, it's because I'm going away this weekend with DP to the coast and I'm due on then. I'm dreading it 😔

Obviously the usual ibuprofen, drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

Ibuprofen and paracetamol together?

Have you had that investigated? If it’s so painful that you can’t get on with normal life, it could be s sign of health problems.
