First period after coming off the pill!

So I'm in the middle of my first period in about 6 years, as I only came off the pill a week and a bit ago.
It's so bizarre having one again, but I'm guessing that's the pill slowly coming out of my system and getting my body ready.
What's everyone's experiences with this, i know it's different for everyone, but has any one became pregnant after the first period, or soon after??
I'm totally baffled but ridiculously excited!
Any advice or words or wisdom welcome!

I finished my last pill on 21st Sep, got my withdrawal bleed on 23rd Sep to 26th Sep, ovulated on 13th Oct (pos opk on 12th Oct), period came 24th to 28th Oct. (31 day cycle). Haven’t got pregnant first cycle. But now onto my second cycle and should have fertile period this week! So hopefully will have another pos opk soon and maybe a happy ending to the month! Would be nice! Good luck with yours, but expect to have symptoms very similar to pregnancy but are just your pill coming out of your system
