Cycle day 51 and positive opk....help?

So I’m on cycle day 51 had some spotting at expected time of af but no period yet.

Today I’ve had what I think is a positive ovulation test and I’m so confused??

What the hell is wrong with my body??

With cycles this long/irregular, you might not ovulate at all. Have you seen a doctor about it?

I’ve never had a cycle this long 😔

Have you stopped hormonal birth control? Have the last few months been more stressful than others?
