I've been off the pill for 4 months and using Natural Cycles App to track ovulation and using condoms in the meantime.
I started taking folic acid 2 months ago.
Any other bits of advice?
I have CFS/ M.E. so am trying to eat energy boosting foods to prepare myself and pace, pace, pace at work.
