Hi there,

Is 3:15am to early to take my BBT? The first month I was taking it at 6am but found I was restless from about 4am. So then last month I took at at 4:30am and then became restless from about 3:45/4:15am. So now going to try at 3:15am but worried it could be too early? HmmConfused

You’d need to make sure you take it at 3.15 EVERY day. If you can commit to that and have at least 4 hrs solid sleep before then, then yes you can take it then. The sleep part is the most important.

Are you managing to get at least 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep before then? That’s the important thing, and that you take your temp at the same time each day.

Thanks. Yes I’m normally fast asleep by 10pm. So that would be my longest stretch. Smile
