Wondering if anyone can help. I bought the Holland and Barrett isoflavones and tomorrow is day 3 of my cycle so I'd like to start them. It says 750mg which I knew couldn't be right as it's too high, so checked nutrition information and I gather that it's 23mg isoflavones (so four pills would be just under 100mg which I've often seen as a recommended dose) but I want to be sure, can anyone tell me if that's correct?
