Line is faint and I'm at the later side of predicted ovulation (only just got tests), but is this still a positive?

Is the line on the left the test line? If so then that's a definite positive.

Okay the (darker) line on the right is the control line. Similar result today. I'm on CD18.... shall I keep testing or assume I've ovulated already??

The darker line is on the left?! If the dark line is the test line then I would presume you would ovulate today or tomorrow.

Today's is the right way up and fainter again
