Clomid & chocolate cysts

Hi I could do with some advice please. I’ve had chocolate cysts on my ovaries for as long as I have been an adult I reckon. They were diagnosed around 6 years ago. One is 6cm and has been that size for many years. I conceived my dd in 2012 naturally after many years of trying. I’ve been trying for a second with her dad since she was around 1. I’m using ovulation tests, had the blue dye test, blood tests etc. He has had a sperm test. My consultant has written to me saying I can collect some clomid if I’d like to try it. I’m wondering if this might have an effect on the endometriosis. Also, I get headaches and nausea just before my period, will this make it worse? Does anyone have experience of clomid and chocolate cysts? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks.
