Minor surgery in tww?

Ladies,
I’m booked in for foot surgery under local anaesthetics a week today. I’ll be around 5dpo. I’ve been waiting for this surgery for 3 months and would rather not delay it. Does anyone know if local anaesthetics could stop implantation or anything? Thank you.

I don’t know what the effects are - you’d be best off asking the dr. However I think if you need to op you should go for it now. You may not be able to have it whilst pregnant and then once you have a baby to look after it’ll be much harder to stay off your foot during recovery.
