Is it worth me buying the Clear blue OPK kit or should I stick to internet cheapies? I must admit, the Clearblue look easier to use but are obviously more expensive.

I've found two types of Clearblue on Amazon (see pics). What's the difference, apart from the price?? Thanks.

I used the dual hormones last month and picks up more fertile days I use them along side internet cheapies once you have a peak it stays on for 48 hours can't test again till it's off... but I double check with the internet cheapies after the 48 hours is up x

That's the £30 one? So it's more accurate than the other Clearblue ones? That's a shame as it's a lot of money, but I may buy it if it's worth the money.

Yes although I paid £30 for the 20 pack not 10 so have another 2-3 months out of then yet. Gives you around 4 fertile days when it's a flashing smiley your getting close to ovulation when it's static you'll be ovulating very soon. We are trying concieve plus this month too will be our 2nd month trying since ectopic in June x

Ah, I see. Will try the cheaper Clearblue ones this month and see what happens, then

So the IC ones do work just as well as the expensive ones?

The dual hormone ones also look for a rise in estrogen, which lasts longer and is easier to pick up than an LH surge.

Plus it uses first morning urine, so you aren’t trying to pee on a stick at work.

I have only once had a positive in an IC, but the clear blue ones pick it up every time (estrogen and LH)

Should say *once on an IC

Ah, I see. Have just ordered some Clearblue ones so at least I know it's worth my money
