i am copying this i posted it elsewhere

I don't breastfeed and i'm on the pill but i have lots of discharge at one point still, like im ovulating which confuses me as i thought the pill stops you ovulating?

I know what my ovulation mucas is like from when i was trying for my babies,

could the pill be not working as i have this mucas at around day 13+ into my pill packet?

I am worried as i took my last pill a few nights ago and since then each morning i have felt very ill, like morning sickness.

Sorry, wish I could help.

Have you tried researching on the web? Zita West's site might be worth a look.

Sorry no experience of this but could you call your local FPC and see if they can help? Or you could speak to your GP or practice nurse. Good luck.

Depends on the pill you're taking whether it stops you ovulating or not. The minipill (progesterone only) doesn't always.

Lots of things affect your mucus.

If your period doesn't arrive and you're worried, test, but so long as you've been taking the pill properly there's no reason to worry.
