Has anyone tried one to keep the swimmers in? Are they easy to put in/take out etc... Wondering whether you get one. Is there a particular brand or will any off eBay do? XSmile

I have tried this with my mooncup. No bfp for me yet though 😕

They are easy to use, and certainly helps with 'mess'! 😂

tried it with my mooncup too.

8 cycles before I got my BFP with DD1
(mooncup + pink pad app)
2 cycles before I got my BFP with DS2
(mooncup + Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor)

I've got an instead cup I think it's called... I'm pretty you're only supposed to use it once but I keep reusing it Blush I also squirted some conceive plus into it.

Fairly easy to get in and out, just bear down when trying to get it out.
