Working out ov dates

Hi

So my cycle had recently been around 27 days for a while, but this month appears to be just 23 days. I was holding out some hope this was implantation bleeding but a negative test making that look unlikely now.

So how do I figure out my next month's ovulation? I've not yet started doing any tracking with kits or temp...kinda reluctant as I can get a bit obsessed with things like that an get too stressed. Do I assume ovulation earlier now?

I would recommend ovulation kits if you're not sure - use them for a few months and if consistent results occur then bin them off ... other than that temping is the only way you'll know for sure.
I wouldn't rely on apps - in my experience they're useless
