Stopping birth control symptoms or completely crazy?

Oh god where do I start?
I will start at the beginning so you can try to make some sense of this, because it's difficult for me too. ( I'm still trying to work it out in my head)
For a Ten year period i was on a combined birth control called sunya. Now, two and a half years ago i stopped taking it, mostly because i had no man in my life so i felt there was no need. After six months things changed... lol, and i started taking this pill again, i was then moved off this pill, and onto a mini pill which i was on for a couple of months. After 4-5 months of this pill they told me i could have my old pill back (sunya, which i preferred because i knew this pill. I knew how my body worked on it and most importantly i had my periods, which i actually preferred to have rather than not have.)
So here is where things get tricky. I was back on sunya for a whole month, seen the strip right through. I had my withdrawal bleed and then continued onto my new strip as you do.
My pill break week started on the 30th of august, and ended on the 6th of September.
I then took the pill for four days, as i normally would, however on the fifth and sixth day i wasn't able to take my pill due to personal circumstances, me and my partner then decided we would also like to try for a baby.
Naturally from this point we went at it like rabbits, and still are.
So here is my problem, below is a list i've made of the symptoms im experiencing and any feedback is much appreciated as i am in quiet a bit of discomfort. Please be kind.

Nausea (spanned over a week, starting on the 18th, vanished but has now returned!)
Vomiting (spanned over a week, starting on the 18th)
Frequent urination (I pee a lot anyway, but i literally broke up a crown court on Monday mid trial so i could go to the toilet, the judge was.... fantastic, he put up with me lol.)
Dizzy spells ( has only really started these past four days.)
Headaches ( Every day for the past week)
Sore throat ( it feels more like my glands are swollen but this has been this way now for 3 days.)
Itchy nipples.... ( lol i know... it's been driving me mental. i can't stick my bra. this lasted 2-3 days but has eased)
stabbing throbbing pain in my right breast. ( last night only.)
Spots and ulcers. (urg. last 2 days.)
Pinching, pulling, and popping sensation in lower abdomen, by my belly button. ( this has been persistent, the popping sensation only happened once or twice, the pulling feeling happened quite a lot but then stopped and started again this morning, and now)
Aching ovaries ( OH MY GOD, i cannot even begin to explain, my right side is worse than my left, but the ache is so bad i could rip it all out. it's niggling and annoying and so very uncomfortable. i have never in my life had it this bad.)
Tender lower stomach ( I cannot even stand anything touching it. Not even my trousers.)
Lower back ache. ( Accompanied by the aching lower stomach had me in the bath to ease the pain. It's horrible.)
Increased cervical mucous ( copious amounts of lotion like cm for the past 4 days. )
Painful hips when laying down ( I never lay on my back but i've been forced to for the last two days because my hips have been aching)
strange temp readings Sept 30th 96.8 (3;30pm). Sept 31st 99.1 (5pm). Oct 1st 97.8 (9;30am) (All of the readings are sadly at a different time each day, so im not sure they count. my temp went back up today quiet high by 5pm.)

My biggest issue is that im very concerned about the pains i am feeling right now. Tomorrow i am making a doctors appointment regardless to discuss all of this. I've done a pregnancy test and it has come back negative, i am worried i am testing to early as im not sure if i count my withdrawal bleed. BRAINS FRIED.

Long story short i just want to know if some of these symptoms are things you would not experience when coming off the pill... lol. im sorry. x

All of those could be caused by coming off the pill. You are unlikely to have such strong pregnancy symptoms with hcg levels too low to be detected by a pregnancy test.

However, sounds like a good idea to check in with your gp to talk it through.

Thankyou physicskate, i wish i knew what was going on with me. its been utterly horrible. i didnt really think this pill was in my system long enough this time round to cause such severe symptoms compared to when i came off it after ten years, where i had some but none of the pains i am experiencing.
