Ovulation aches and pains

Cycle 11 for us if it makes any difference!

Today, I have awful cramping on my lower left side and a bucket load of EWCM, more so than ever before. This is the first month we’re not using OPK’s or apps ( having an off month to regain some sanity) but I can’t get away from my body’s natural signs so I’m guessing this is some hefty ovulation pain and a sign my body is gearing up to ovulate - is that right?

Ironically we BD last night and this morning because we were both very much in the mood, not at all baby making related.

I have had back pains all week since I ovulated last Monday.

I get quite bad ovulation pains too. They sway from pinching on the one side, to feeling like 1st day AF pains, and usually last 1-2 days. Funnily enough I always get these pains after CM has dried up Confused

Bodies are funny things. Although on the plus side, we save money on opks.
