Good morning...
I need some help, as I am completely and utterly new to conception.
I took my last cilest/pill 31st August. I should have had my period on Friday. Would I be stupid to think we could have conceived in this first month? I’ve had sore breasts, spots (which just isn’t like me at all, not sure if these are pregnancy related) and slight PMS. Any advice would be massively appreciated as I can’t discuss with my friends as one recently miscarried and I feel it would upset her.

It could happen and i'm sure you will hear from people it has happened to but i think your body is probably just finding it's natural cylce again.

The pill is all hormones so your time of the month and everything.else will certainly be a little different when you are off the pill.

It's probably more likely that it's your body adjusting post-pill, but it's certainly not impossible. Why not take a test?

Hate to break it to you but I came off that same pill in December and my cycles went like this: 75,65,48, 31,28 days over the next few months. Now I'm 9 days late but so far negative pt and who knows what the *^/$ is going on.
