Natural Remedies for Luteal Phase??

Hiya,

Does anyone have any natural remedies or suggestions for lengthening the luteal phase? I have about 9 days between ovulating and AF and think this could be the reason we seem to be getting nowhere!

Any advice gratefully received!!

I had the same problem, I ovulated on day 17-18 and mg lutheal phase was 8-10 days long max. Someone recommended me some conception cream, can't remember if to extend the cycle or to make the swimmers reach the egg quicker.

My recommendation: if you definitely know when you ovulate via ovulation sticks, TTC from three days before to two days after, every day... Stay in bed and keep your hips up. And the most important thing: relax and try not to stress. It took me almost a year with my first, as it also tools me a long time to know my cycle. First time with my second!
