Which vitamins?

There are so many different preconception/antenatal vitamins that I was wondering which ones you are using and why.

I bought Solgar prenatal vitamins as they were recommended by the healthfood shop.

I use pregnacare, because a fellow MNetter said that her consultant had recommended them - and I thought that sounded like a good recommendation if ever there was one
