How do you regulate a period?

Mine seems to have been all over....24,27,31,29, and this month it's still not here and not pregnant and atm Cd 33... Used to be regular before mmc. Any ideas how to regulate?

I started taking Angus castus and evening primrose oil. I only took them till ovulation, but that was the month I actually conceived!

I think both are supposed to help stabilise your cycle.
