So I'm currently 6 days late. I did a test earlier this week (? Monday/ Tuesday) and it was negative but still no period. Tested again this morning first thing. Negative. Now due to shifts and illness we only dtd on 13th and 22nd of this month. I had a 28 day cycle before going on the pill but August was the first since December that out was back to 28 days. Before that it was 77 ...65.....55..... etc.
So. .. reason for this? Are the tests wrong?

If your cycles are that wonky it may be worth going to the doctor. When my period went AWOL for 4 and a half months last time I was ttc it turned out to be hypothyroidism. When I started taking levothyroxine for it they sorted themselves out pretty quickly and I fell pregnant 6 months later 😊

I just assumed that my cycles were getting back to normal over the months. I don't have any other symptoms of hypothyroidism but I'll keep an eye out. Vety strange.

Nor did I, other than silly cycles. It's worth chatting to the Dr about...

If AT doesn't appear this weekend and pt still negative then I'll give them a call on Monday. DH and I aren't even on speaking terms atm so a pregnancy is the last thing I need if he's going to walk.
