Grr so fed up... Waiting for af to arrive again ..I know I'm not pregnant, no symptoms, negative tests and definitely don't feel pregnant. Just want it here now so I can try the expensive clear blue ovulation sticks ... Since my erpc in December my periods are all over between 24-32.... I'm now on Cd 33 . I used to be like clockwork with a 27 day cycle, I could predict easily when I was going to bleed, knew roughly when I was ovulating and now since MC and the op it's all crap. Could the op have damaged anything? Bought tcoyf ...
I'm taking coq10,vit c, zinc, b6, 400mg folate, vit D..... Eating sweet potatoes galore, spinach, salmon, nuts, cut down on dairy....Argh I'm 38 end of October so feel like times going.? Just getting down. Plus I'm a teacher with a nightmare year group this year... So feel pretty stressed too which I'm sure isn't helping. Arrrgh any suggestions for de-stressing...I chill a bit in the evenings but feel like throughout the day I'm constantly tense.

Just wanted to say that I am also a teacher with a nightmare class so I feel your pain I really do! Flowers it certainly doesn't help matters! I'm due AF on Sunday and I don't have any of my usual signs that it's on it's way but I just know that it's coming and that nothing's happened this month! So frustrating!!!!!! Just want it to be my turn now...any way wanted to send you some teacher to teacher love!

That I guess, is the advantage of secondary: only SOME of my 12 classes are nightmares! So I do get some reprieve!

I changed schools to help reduce some of my stress. It was a huge risk in the middle of ttc, yes. But I'm still not pregnant after 18 months and now qualify for full maternity at my new school!

I've found 30 days of yoga with adriene really beneficial.

Thank you @Bambino90 and @physicskate it's good to get some teacher to teacher l loveGrin I've done 2 days of the yoga, and it's good just have to make myself do it... It gets late at night having put the kids to bed, made dinner, work then I get lazy 😳 will try to do it more regularly. The good news is my period finally arrived today... Cd1 now but would be Cd 35... Unusually long cycle for me. Worried all the extra vitamins etc have played a part...
