So, had sex 18 days ago, all afternoon yesterday had what looked like spotting (far far too light for it to be a period, and I've never had this during a cycle before) never had spotting with DD last year. Mild cramps and mood swings, basically all the trademarks of me starting AF but as of yet no AF! We're not actively trying (was a drunken unprotected frolic!) just happened to happen when I think I was ovulating! Took a test today and it was negative 
is 17 days too late for IB? could it just be too early to get a positive?
