I need help before I drive myself mad

I'm hoping for some kind of guidance before I drive myself absolutely crazy.... I stopped my pill 2 months ago last month I came on as expected and appeared to fall straight back in to my normal 28 day cycle. This month my period is now 4 days late but I have 3 negative pregnancy tests. I'm diabetic and my blood sugars have gone crazy (nurse thinks hormonal) I am feeling exhausted and slightly sick for the majority of the day... so I keep testing or put the no show of period down to body getting used to things

I'd be inclined to put it down to your body misbehaving. I had a few regular cycles mixed in with a few confusing cycles after coming off the pill. Equally though if Af doesn't turn up next week you might want to check with your GP or nurse.

Thanks!! Going to try and chill until next week then speak to gp if no change

It's probably post-pill hormonal weirdness. It takes many/most people several months for their periods to settle after coming off the pill.
