How would you interpret this chart? My guess is I'm not ovulating

Hi,

Just wondered what more experienced charters thought of this. Had my raised opk on Friday morning followed by positive on Friday afternoon (this lh surge happens very quickly for me) ovulation pain in my right side on Saturday afternoon, and fluttering yesterday all looked good. However, my temp hasn't spiked, it dipped a little pre the weekend and since then it went back to normal.

I have pcos and endometriosis and I'm 35 so the odds aren't really in my favour but we're hopeful tryers despite that, we're only on cycle 3 so we'll keep going for a bit before seeking assistance but I just wondered what your chart looks like? Am I right in thinking, no spike in temp definitely no ovulation?
Thanks

Hi I wouldn’t rule yourself out, although I’m no specialist!

Last month and this month my chart looked like yours! Last month I had a dip, but then the first 3 days after were below cover line still, then it went up after that but still not by much, a bit like yours. I did fall pregnant that month so ovulation did occur! Although it ended in early miscarriage

This month is similar. First 4 days were slow rising, under cover line then the last 3 days it shot right up. It could be I ovulated later but I really don’t think I did. Think some of us maybe just have a slow rise, wether that’s a good thing or not I’m not sure!

Fingers crossed for you x

Thanks Fia, sorry about your miscarriage, hope this month is a winner for you x

I shall try and remain cautiously optimistic for now. It's so easy to get very disheartened very quickly no matter how much you try not to worry about it!
