Ovulation bloating?

I'm not exactly ttc at the moment - I've still got a month or two of my probation period in work but will be looking to try in the new year. I'm trying to get to know my cycle.

I am wondering whether bloating after ovulation is normal and if so, how long does it normally last for others? I am on day 2 of post ovulation bloat. It does go down but I'm keeping a record of when so I don't go symptom spotting mad when we are trying.

Anyone else suffer?

I bloat from the day I ovulate until the day my period ends lol

Oh god! It's a bloody nightmare. There's one week a month where things are okay and the rest full of 'symptoms' of something or other.

Me too. Painful ovulation and then looking 6 months pregnant bloating until my period arrives. Such a joy. In the last month I have been taking Kira Hormonal Balance vit b complex tablets and this month was easier. Not sure if it's the vitamins or my age (45). These horrible symptoms only started for me after the birth of my second child 10 years ago so hopefully you'll be the opposite and lose these horrible pms symptoms after pregnancy.

I bloat just before and during ovulation then again just before and during my period.
I also get water retention around the same time and put on about 2 or 3 pounds!

Oh well, I'm sort of glad I'm not alone!
