Chart really confusing - please help!

This is my first month BBT charting and I'm so confused by this sudden rise this morning. Here are some explanations-

1. The first rise at day 19 was caused by us going from staying in a freezing caravan to returning home.

1. Rise at day 22 was accompanied by loads of ewcm, some cramping and sore boobs so presumably ovulation.

1. Today, a random massive rise. Yesterday I had sore boobs and a small amount of random ewcm, which I don't usually have after ov. Could today just be because I wore thick pyjamas in bed?? Or maybe I'm coming down with a cold? Maybe it's normal when at is coming?? Period due in 9 days. Thanks all.

Forgot to say, we're using condoms because we're not ttc until December

Use fertility friends. This is a typical rise pattern, but it's the trickiest type to interpret. Staircase rise? FF is a pretty good algorhythm for temps.

Your temp pattern really only becomes clear well after ovulation, sometimes a week? If you get more than one cycle with this pattern, I'd also use cheaply opks to pinpoint ov.

Oh my goodness, I didn't know there were different types of rise! Thanks, will look at FF. I really hope I didn't ovulate yesterday because if I did, my luteal phase will probably only be about 9 days long

Boobs still painful today and feeling poorly so perhaps that explains the temp rise.

Has anyone else got any thoughts?
