Hi,
Silly question I'm sure... I got a positive on an OPK for 2 days running. Which day would this mean I ovulated? Trying to work out how many dpo I am and I'm second guessing myself...
thanks x

It varies for everyone to be honest, the only way you can know for sure when you ovulate is by temping. Some cycles I've ovulated the day after my first positive and
others can be a couple of days after. In theory they say anything from 12-36 hours after your first positive.

Thanks so much for your reply. I've done temp too... is the spike the day you ovulate?

You ovulate 24-48hrs after getting the positive. The temp shift is the day after the positive so usually the temp shift is about two days after the positive.

Hey guys

I use the Sainsbury's ovulation kit and advises I will release an egg in 12-36 hours, but luckily sperm can live up to five days Grin

I'm dtd everyday to make sure there I'm covered. I also use Ovia app which has helped me become pregnant in the past.

Good luck and baby dust!!!!
