Hi everyone. So I've been charting this month for the first time. And it's all over the place. We've been TTC officially for one month but casually trying for 5 months before this. I had bright red drop of blood 6dpo, brown spot once when wiping 7dpo, and then brown spot when wiping with one clot 8dpo then nothing until this morning 10dpo small amount of dark red/brown when wiping. Mild cramps since 6dpo but just a bit uncomfortable, not paid. Any ideas? I have a Drs appointment booked for next week but didn't know if anyone had any insight. Period is due in 2 days but my temps are high then low so I have no idea. I've attached my chart to have a look at. I'm kinda thinking of there are some hormonal issues....Thanks for reading.

Looks normal to me. Your lowest temps after ov are above your highest temps before ov. That's it - that's all you look for. I'd say you ov on the day it says 1.

Also I find fertility friend really easy for temping, coverline etc.

how do you take your temps? I switched to vaginal as oral seemed to give me too many erratic readings. But I agree with Physicskate, looks like a pretty clear biphasic chart there.

Oh wow really?! I'm so relieved to have you ladies say that. Thank you so much. I've been so worried about having low progesterone or being infertile!!! That you for replying! Maybe I should just start to breathe again! Xx

@79andnotout I take them orally. Next month I'll prob switch it up. A few people have said this. 😁👍

Yeah it's a bit grim, and my dog seems to have taken a liken to the thermometer since I switched! Not good.

But yes, looks fine, breathe....
