Dpo

So I got a positive opk two weeks ago tomorrow (although I have pcos so there shall always a chance it didn't actually happen, just to add another joyful layer to ttc!). My question is how many dpo would I be now? For the sake of argument let's say I did actually ovulate for once... I'm feeling proper ill and sore today and have been for a few days. Negative hpt yesterday but uncertain whether or not that means I'm out or not as not sure how many dpo I am and have no discernible cycle to speak off so don't know when AF would be due. Hurrah for extra complications! Is anyone able to help me dates wise and let me know if I'm out for now, please?

If you got a positive OPK two weeks ago then you will near enough be 13 days post ovulation. Although as you're probably aware, PCOS means you can have numerous Surges and not ovulate. Fingers crossed for you.

Thanks so much, really appreciate your answer. Absolutely, it's been a git - almost a year to the day since my mc and pcos hit like a train in January, never understood why I seemed to ovulate and then not have AF... but at least it's a little clearer now. Off to first fertility appt in a couple of weeks!

Good luck. If you have the spare cash and need to track ovulation in the future it would be worth investing in an ovusense sensor. It was designed for women with PCOS and tells you if and when you ovulate.
