So my DH and I not yet ready to TTC but we are preparing other aspects of our lives, money, job security, finish our home and garden to be child friendly so when we do we are ready for it. I suffer badly from PMS and migraines related to my very irregular cycle and I'm trying to get it under control as well so that when we do start TTC my body will be ready for it. I've been doing my research and I've started taking the wellwoman vits (no vitamin a) that have the double pack with oils too (omega, evening primros, starflower) chasteberry, maca root and cassanoviam too. My energy levels and libido are through the roof which I haven't felt since before I started mini pill years ago (not been on pill since last year).

What kind of results have you ladies had with herbal remedies to help regulate your cycle? I just want one under 35 days and I'll be happy, I can go 45, 50 60+ days at time without a period and my hormones go nuts.

Have you seen a doctor about it? It might worth having the cause of the problem identified. Otherwise it's all the usual: healthy weight, physical activity, regular balanced meals, no smoking or drinking, little caffeine etc.

I was recommended a B complex years ago by a nutritionist who specialised in helping with endometriosis and fertility. That was in addition to a multi vitamin
