i know theres a blue line there but does it matter that its thinner than the control line?

The only lines I've seen like that (very thin and off centre) have been evaps I have to say. I had one like that when I knew I wasn't ovulating and so definitely wasn't pregnant. That's why I don't use those tests any more.

Wait a few days and test again or try a pink dye test.

I would say that looks like a very clear positive !
Try a first response if you can they seem to avoid any evap line doubts
