Hi ladies, I'm ttc number 2 and on 4th cycle. I'm getting a touch irrational and impatient about it all and brashly bought agnus castus on amazon last night having seen it mentioned on a blog and now realised I don't know what I'm doing with it. I'm on CD 12 and didn't OV until CD 21 last month. Is it worth taking it this cycle? Also got zinc and coenzyme q10 am I nuts thinking all these vits are going to make a difference. Promised myself not spend money on hpts only to spend it on pills instead!! Going bananas here. Blush

Tweedles after 4 cycles, I really wouldn't start taking things like agnus castus. It can help, I have taken it, as have lots of people, but not everyone finds it helpful, and lots of people report it has made their cycles worse. Are your cycles very irregular? Hve they changed significantly since you conceived your first child? If they are, then first port of call should probably be to see a GP rather than self-medicating.

Thank you OverinaFlash - this is exactly the voice of reason I need to hear rather than the crazy one going off in my head.

My cycles have been long-ish (30 - 36 days) for the past 6 months so I guess I am a bit irregular and maybe worth having a chat with my GP. I'll hold off pill popping for the time being!
