Hey ladies I was wondering if u could give me some advice. I had my last depo in February so far no periods, I know it can take a while to come back but was wondering if there is anything the dr can do to help bring them back? Might be a really stupid question but I genuinely don't know x

I came off depo in August 2010.
I didn't have periods while I was on it.

My periods came back in October, and they were regular too.

We didn't use any contraception and I eventually fell pregnant middle of May 2011.

Hiya, I also had the depo in Feb, I just got my first period a couple of days ago. Unfortunately it's just a waiting game, according to google the average time the conceive is around 10 months after the last injection. I wish I'd never had it Sad

I just want to change to something else as (and I know it sounds stupid) I don't like not having a period, there's always the "what if" at the back of my mind x

I have read of people going on the pill for a couple of months to help regulate their cycle.

I might try that, can u go on it before having s period or do u have to wait till u have one? Do u know? Xx
