Been trying since June. Period is due and feels like it's coming Sad I'm getting quite worried about it. I thought (quite naively) that we would start trying and I'd get pregnant straight away.
I'm 28 and my partner is 36. We're both in decent health (that we know of) he's very physically active and takes zinc daily.
I've been taking seven seas trying for a baby for a month.

4 months is nothing, it took us 18 months. Try to relax, worrying will only make it worse. Statistically, most couples conceive in the first year so you have plenty of time left Smile

Have you tried using an ovulation app on your phone? I use Ovia and you track your period and it tells you your most fertile days and when to take a test! X
