Am I pregnant??

Good afternoon everyone!

Just hoping for some advice...
My periods have always been irregular so I'm not entirely sure whether my period is mega late but it's at least a week late!
Me and my hubby are not TTC....

For the past 4 days I have felt nauseous, had lower back pain, my boobs feel hot at the top but nipples not dark etc but a little tingly at times. Last night I had sharp pains in my left side and felt a rippling feeling in my stomach when laid on my back. I've had no spotting or stringy cervical mucous.

I am so scared to take a pregnancy test and am wondering if these symptoms mean anything!

The only way you at ease gunna know is to take a test, it could be a number of things but I'd do a test so you know for sure x

I'm not entirely sure!! Scared to test tho tbh as I am just about to start a new job and they won't be happy... 😥

Don't worry about the job, you don't have to tell the right away, and they can't sack you once uve started the job x

I've bought some clear blue digital tests today. Going to use first per of the day tomorrow.... scared lol x

If u are at least a week late I should imagine it would show up anytime of day, I hope u get the answer u want x

I agree, if you're a week late, it'll show up now at any time of the day.

Once you know, it's easier in a way as you don't have the anxiety of 'what if'.

Yeah it would be better to know so ur not constantly worrying about it and in my experience when u get the result u will know how u feel about it if that makes sense lol x

It's hard to tell if your periods are irregular and you don't know when you ovulated. Doing a test is the only way to find out.

Thanks ladies. Tested this afternoon with CB digital and it said not pregnant.
Feeling quite suprised/disappointed if I'm honest- which has shocked me more!

That's what I mean about knowing how u feel when u do the test, maybe have a chat with other half to see what u both want, if period doesn't show up in a few days test again x

Also I don't trust digitalis now as I have had false positive so would recommend a first response

Digitals aren't great at early tests... use one of the clear blue first response ones with a line. Any faint crossed line is a positive... they often aren't strong enough to show in a digital

Ok well if that's the case like I say I see something on the first pic, do another in a few days and see if it gets darker x

There is definitely a line on the first picture. I would retest in a couple of days.

Poppy- how are you?

I'm ok poppy just anxious it's an early test so just going to take one everyday now I took this one yesterday after 10 days of intercourse and at the time it was my ovulation days
