Period 5 days early or miscarriage?

Hi all,

We are TTC number 2, one DS aged nearly 1.

I had a chemical last month after testing early due to PG symptoms. I am 11dpo today and been experiencing the same PG symptoms as last month, but held off on testing early after last month's stress and upset 😔.

AF was due next Monday 11th and I expected to make it until at least this Saturday before testing, then this afternoon I get cramping and bleeding. Looks like AF 😔. Gutted is an understatement and there have been lots of tears this afternoon...

I am now thoroughly confused as AF has been regular since I came off birth control in April. I am pondering whether or not this is AF or another loss. I got a negative First Response test.

I have no idea how to factor this in / add it to my ovulation app (Glow) to help us figure out when to ttd next month.

I don't think it's a chemical or MC personality...Af symptoms can be identical to pregnancy symptoms...I think you got your af early... Lots of things could cause that; change in diet, level of exercise, stress, anxiety etc... 11dpo seems quite early for a chemical/MC I think but will knows. I sometimes randomly get an early or late period and then it goes back to normal after...Fx for you for next month x

I would chart it as cd1...
