So I'm nervous to say the least and set up for probably the long haul but I just wanted to know if there were any success stories for conceiving with PCOS I was diagnosed the other day and me and OH have agreed that we would try now as not sure how long it's going to take us. I'm only a little bit over weight but need to lose about a stone to get back to my healthy weight so going back to slimming world, but I just wanted to know one how long it took you (I know everyone is different) and two is there anything else I should take into consideration? I've ordered some OPK's too so I know when I'm ovulating
