Are these symptoms?

For the last week I've had awful lower back pain, it can keep me up at night. I've also had a terrible flare up of acne on my forehead, and one sore boob!! Could these be symptoms of early pregnancy?

Every month, I convince myself everything is a symptom. Good luck though!

Early symptoms are difficult, you'll see many people convinced their pregnant and have every symptom under the sun, only to realise they weren't.

However, I definitely had symptoms in my two week wait when I got my BFP. I had very red blotchy skin after showers especially on my face which had never happened before, breakout of spots - again not something I suffer with usually, sore throat and constant bloating for around a week. The day before BFP I also thought there was something wrong with my glasses because my eyesight seemed funny.
