I have had a very regular cycle. Last month we decided to start ttc I have started taking folic acid, b complex and b6
This month 5-6dpo I started spotting and I still am. It's not enough to fill a pad or tampon bit is there when I wipe. I'm due af today or tomorrow.
Doesn't feel like af is coming on.
Not looking weather bfp is possible as all tests are negative just want to see anyone else have had this nonsense type of spotting out of the blue as I know there are some people who regularly spot after ovulation before af but I have never and had 3 successful pregnancies.
Very annoying and wondering if the vitamin has caused them?
Been to gp to rule out UTI and all seems fine.
Any idea?

I think you could still be pregnant as it's too early to test with 100% certainty. Other than that, spotting can be caused by low progesterone which should be investigated as it can cause problems.

Thanks for your reply. I guess you can never know but as I said I have been pregnant 4times (1mmc) before and could always tell there was something going on. This spotting is definitely not right so I will be making an another app with gp to see if we can do blood test etc

Is there a reason you decided to take B6 and a B Complex? I know people who've taken a B Complex for luteal phase issues/spotting (myself included) but you say you have always had regular cycles before?

If I were you I would just take folic acid for now.

Thanks flashin yes I had short luteal phase before in previous time we ttc not sure if I have it now but I thought I'd take the vitamins and hopefully can only help and gp didn't seem concerned about them causing problem
