Hello! So hoping for some line advice! I have had odd cycles from 30 - 40 to even 50 day cycles in the past. At the moment it's been around 40 days, with me being due I think.. end of Aug. Me and my husband had unprotected on the 18, 26,27,28 Aug, I started what I thought was my period 29th but it wasn't even a day bleed with one pad. So then the testing started. I have had 2 neg boots own, 2 faint positives on clear blue, 2 faint positives on Sainsbury's own and also 3 faint positives on FR I have attached a picture of the three (dated) FR. my head is convinced they are evap lines? 😅
Thing is I am due to fly to Thailand for a 10 day holiday with the husband on Friday, I have to wait till tomorrow to get an appointment at the docs. Advice please...

I'm sorry, but I think those Frer lines are evaps. They don't have colour, they don't go right through the test, and you would have seen a clear darkening between 2 and 4 sept with a true positive. Unfortunately that's why you shouldn't take the test apart - it makes them look as though there's a line when there isn't.

Have u done anymore teats x

They do look like evaporation lines - sorry.

On the other hand I don't think your doctor will do anything anyway, so you might as well enjoy your holiday. Test again before you go but there's no reason not to travel, if you're testing positive by Friday then you know to avoid alcohol and be extra careful about what you eat.

If these are really squinters they'll be more visible by Friday and you'll have your answer. You could always pack some more tests if you're not sure.

I also think they're evaps- sorry. If they are definitely pink I'm probably wrong. Evaps never have the colour dye.

What difference does being pregnant (if you are), in the very early stages, make to you going on holiday? Just go on holiday. When you get back you'll be certain whether you are pregnant or not

If you are in Thailand and trying to conceive please be aware of the risk of Zika if you aren't already. A man's sperm can be "infected" for up to 6 months after travel.

Agree you might like to consider postponing your holiday if you do think you are pregnant. This is the page UK gov www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/thailand/health links to:

Zika virus in Thailand
This country is considered to have a moderate risk of Zika virus transmission. Pregnant women should consider postponing non-essential travel until after the pregnancy.
