Hello all. First post here so bare with me! I'm looking for some advice or to just know I'm not alone.
I'm 30 years old and have PCOS. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for over a year and finally got an appointment with a fertility doctor last month! I've been put on 1000mg of metformin a day to try and get me to ovulate, I've not had a natural period since November last year! I had to take progesterone to induce a bleed which finished 2 weeks ago.
For those ladies that have success with metformin, how long did it take for you to ovulate and get pregnant? Feeling a tad dispondent ATM, I know it's early days but it's been pretty tough this past year! Thanks :)
