Line appearing after 3 hours FRER

Right apologies in advance if I'm being a complete idiot, I think this TTC lark is making me quite mad.

I did a FRER test at around 4.30am because I couldn't sleep. Period is due on Tuesday.

There was no pink line so i popped it back in the packaging and went to bed.

I've just got up 3 hours later and there is a second pink line. Very faint, but definitely there.

Do I need to ignore this because of the time that has passed? I have always peeked at them a few hours after (please refer to my 'quite mad' status in first paragraph) and this has never happened before so I just thought I'd open up the question to you ladies. Has this ever happened to you before and if so, what was the eventual outcome?

Yes!

That faint line resulted in a baby Wink

You need to ignore results that don't come up in the appropriate time frame. Sorry.

FaithAgain · 02/09/2017 07:43

Yes you should disregard it after that time frame. It could be an evaporation line. Probably best to retest on Tuesday.

TiramisuQueenoftheFaeries · 02/09/2017 07:44

You can't consider it a valid positive, but retest in a few days if your period doesn't start and you may well get a clear one.

MrsRonBurgundy · 02/09/2017 07:57

Thanks ladies, I thought as much but I think this journey is making me clutch at straws!

Huha I hope that's how my journey ends tooSmile

I'll retest on Tuesday!
