So I have a little query I had my period 17th-21st August it was only light more spotting than anything ( been like that the last few months ) Ovia app says Sunday-Friday is my fertile week but today I'm cramping lots like ovulation cramps and also losing little bit of Ewcm. So I just wondered is it possible to have ovulation 11 days after AF ? Xx

Very possible. Ovia will only give you a rough idea based on the 'textbook' menstrual cycle and will assume that you ovulate halfway through your cycle. Many women have pre- ov and post- ov that are different lengths. I for example tend to ovulate on day 18-20 then get my period around day 32.

If your body is showing you signs that you might ovulate a little earlier than average then listen. It can't do any harm!

Good luck! When i was TTC i swore by ovulation sticks; the cheap ones off amazon. Lots of people find that the testing is too clinical but i found it really helped to just reassure me that we'd done all we can and hadn't missed any eggs!

You can input your test results into ovia too and it'll help make its predictions more accurate to you.

Horses for courses though, i hope you get your bfp soon!

I was doing them from the start of the year but stopped after June as was getting to obsessive with them so the last few months I have been trying to be more laid back. But I'm thinking I might buy some again just so I know what's happening xx
