I'm hoping for some advice of symptoms I can look out for. I know this may sound ridiculous, but it will give me something to focus on! However, the difficulty is:
I have constant nausea anyway - have struggled with this for years.
My appetite fluctuates - one day I will eat nothing and the next I could eat a horse.
I have cramps all the time due to IBS.
I have small boobs that never become sore, and didn't with my last pregnancy.
I always have a lot of cervical mucus.

So basically, what other symptoms can I look out for? I know this is not advised, but after 18 months of TTC I need something to focus on!

I'm guessing not, but does anyone else have a similar problem?!

Try not to focus too much on symptom spotting or you'll drive yourself mad like I didSmile. I'm 35 weeks with baby number 4 and the only symptom I have ever had before a missed period was slightly sore boobs, one nipple always felt very tender, and a bit more veiny than usual. Sickness always started when I was around 7/8 weeks so already knew I was pregnant. Implantation bleeding can be another symptom but its not always a given you'll have this. I had it with two pregnancies and not the others. A lot of early pregnancy symptoms are very similar to a period on its way so try to relax until you're late for a period. Hope that helps x
