Advice, late period or miscarriage?

Hi just looking for some advice on if I have had a miscarriage and didn't know I was pregnant, been ttc and was a week late for my period. Had some cramp across my upper abdomen for a few weeks prior and sore boobs and I felt I might be pregnant, I then had a bit of a sore back and then got some pink blood. Next day I had severe cramps so painful and they took my breath away they lasted all day. I then bled quite heavily which I have a picture to show incase this helps as it contained things I've never seen before. Unsure if it was a late period which caused all this or miscarriage. Still have cramp in my right side and top of leg. Bleeding stopped but continued to have random bleeds a few days later that were purple and darker but not heavy. Thanks for any advice ladies x

Unless you had a positive test (why didn't you test if a week late 🤔) I would count it as late af. There is no way to know. Unfortunately up to 60% of first pregnancies are chemical but unless you test, you wouldn't know.

Don't worry yourself about the what ifs...

Just reread that purple blood bit - get checked for ectopic! Any shoulder pain? Get checked. And like today.
