Any point trying on second static smiley day?

Just that really, ttc'ing after an MC in May and using the cb dual hormone tests, got a flashing smiley yesterday but didn't do the deed and then a static smiley this afternoon when DH is away for the night and not back until tomorrow eve Is there any point trying tomorrow eve? We will anyway but I want to know whether to view this month as (another) washout

Absolutely, even if you ovulate tomorrow morning the egg can last 12-24 hours!

Isn't it technically ovulation up to 12-32 hrs from static then 24 hrs for egg? So I think it's definitely worth a shot yes.

Thanks both, will be slightly hopeful then Though googling how long it takes the swimmers to meet the egg has made me somewhat despondent for this month... One of the biggest things I hate about TTC'ing (DD took nearly 2 years) is the counting - 12 days from ov till poas'ing...4 ish days from AF till ov'ing...36 weeks from BFP till due date... 24 hours from smiley till OV,...12 hours for swimmers to stand a chance... it's just bobbins,! (but good for the mental arithmetic practice!)

...that's 14'ish days (not 4) from AF till ov'ing - luckily I don't have that short a folicular stage (count your blessings...)
